Hi, I'm Elliot Kephart and I am a Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Professional Chef, and a dietetic intern at Simmons University

Elliot Kephart's Bio:

Elliot Kephart graduated from Northfield Mount Hermon school in 2010. He was inducted into the Cum Laude society and received the Baxter Prize for Classics. Elliot then went on to become a Certified Professional Chef from the Cambridge School of Culinary Arts in Cambridge, MA. Mr. Kephart also earned his personal training certification through the NSCA in the same year. He then went on to work in a specialty food shop while continuing to educate himself on fitness and nutrition. Elliot completed a strength coaching internship in the summer of 2014 and then started working as a personal trainer at Evolve Fitness in Cambridge in early 2015. Elliot Kephart graduated from Tufts University in the spring of 2016 with a degree in Classical Studies. Mr. Kephart received a Masters of Science in Nutritional Epidemiology from the Friedman School of Nutrition at Tufts University in the spring of 2018. Elliot worked in the Energy Metabolism Lab of the Jean Mayer USDA Human Nutrition Research Center on Aging in Boston as an intern, where Elliot ran a bomb calorimetry project and took blood pressure and finger-stick blood samples for a worksite wellness study. Elliot then completed a Didactic Program in Dietetics at Simmons University in the spring of 2019. Mr. Kephart is currently a dietetic intern at Simmons University working towards his goal of becoming a registered dietitian
